Girasol currently runs courses in creative relaxation for teachers which can be tailored to fit a teacher’s busy schedule. Whist courses for adults usually take place over a period of five weeks, Girasol also deliver the same training in two intensive weekends for teachers. In addition, Girasol offers additional days for those primary school teachers who wish to learn how to teach creative relaxation to children. The course comes with a detailed manual full of suggestions ideas and support activities which teachers can use to create a series of lesson plans which fit the primary curriculum.
